New Home Options Abound: Preserve at Northfield Village

ERA Integrity is proud to be working in collaboration with Bridgenorth Homes to sell brand-new custom-built home options in a new neighborhood on the north side of New Castle. The neighborhood is close to State Road 3, the Henry County YMCA, and the Wilbur Wright walking trail.

The Preserve at Northfield Village features single family and villa layouts starting from $299,490. Pond views, lawn care, and snow care are available options.

Bridgenorth Homes is planning a total of 84 units for The Preserve at Northfield Village, with unique building plans available for each type of unit. There are 17 single family homes where the homeowners will take care of their own home maintenance. In the maintenance-free section, there are 44 quad-condo style units and another 23 single family homes.
