More Than a Number: ERA Team Predicts Another Big Year

Reflecting back on 2019, the team at ERA Integrity Real Estate is celebrating the accomplishments of our clients. As we worked alongside them to help achieve their real estate goals, they led our team to a remarkable year, in more ways than one.

In addition to opening a new office in Knightstown, we remodeled and expanded our New Castle office. Our expansion allows us to better serve our clients and gives us space to continue to collaborate as a team.

The real estate market in Henry County continues to be active. ERA Integrity helped 324 families buy or sell their homes in 2019. One of the homeowners the ERA team helped was Wendy B.

Brandon Miller sold my house in less than 24 hours,” Wendy commented. “He was wonderful to work with and made the entire experience better because he was our Realtor.”

Another client we worked with was Eric J., who shared his story: “I have never had a real estate company work so hard as ERA did for us.”

The support of our clients led to numerous awards. Our office received the ERA Circle of Success Award which honors high levels of buying and selling numbers. We were also voted The Courier Times Best Real Estate Company and New Castle-Henry County Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.

We added several new team members to the crew including Karen Burke, Kimberly Burke, Ryan Dishman, Brian Jones, Chris Kehl, Brandon Miller, Erica Morris and Louise Thompson.

Our ERA brokers not only focused on investing their time in their clients, but also in their community. Working alongside other real estate companies and affiliates, ERA was able to help coordinate the ICAP gift drive and collect wrapping paper for Secret Families of Henry County. We also have team members who served as active BNI members, participated in The Academy Leadership program, and volunteered as B.A.M lunch buddy partners just to name a few.

“The past year was a growing year for us as an entire team,” Susan Falck-Neal, Owner/Broker, explained. “We were able to connect with our community in ways we hadn’t in the years prior and built strong relationships with each client that came into our office.”

Our ERA Integrity team is already off to a positive start in 2020. We are expecting to offer new housing options at the Northfield Park Condos and predict the continuation of low interest rates and a strong housing market. For our team, we believe that your real estate story matters, and we see each client as more than a number.
