ERA Integrity Nominated for Prestigious National Award

After a record-breaking year, ERA Integrity Real Estate recently announced they are a finalist for the Jim Jackson Memorial Award. The global offices at ERA selected the Henry County-based company out of approximately 3,000 offices worldwide for the service-based honor.

“As someone who has been with the ERA franchise for 29 years, I am so honored for our team,” noted ERA Integrity’s owner and lead broker Susan Falck-Neal. “Jim was one of the founders of ERA and this award epitomizes one of the core philosophies of ERA: High levels of service for our clients. This is a really big deal for our office!”

ERA Integrity is one of five nominees in their category, and the winner will be announced at ERA’s Fuel conference in March. The award is based on client responses following transactions and recognizes exceptional service. ERA Integrity received a large number of client responses and top ratings for service in these responses, and this is the first time the office has been nominated for this honor.

“This is TRULY a team award. Our clients rate our work. Our clients have spoken and they have given us outstanding reviews,” Falck-Neal expressed. “This is a huge honor, but this is no surprise to me. Everyone on the ERA team places their clients’ needs first, practices professionally and above all, acts with integrity. I could not be more proud of our team and this nomination.”

ERA Integrity Honors Top-Producing Agents

Following a record-breaking year where ERA Integrity sold more Henry County homes than any other company, five ERA brokers received recognition for sales achievements. Two brokers, Susan Falck-Neal and Krista Gibson are being honored with the Leaders’ Circle Award, which is the highest level of individual award for production that ERA gives. Gibson is in the top five of all real estate agents in Henry County, and Falck-Neal is the top agent in Henry County for units sold and total volume.

Additionally, three ERA Integrity brokers were named to the ERA Circle of Honor. Jody (Mitchell) Reichart, Daniel Kinnaird, and Ashley Swift-Morris all received this high-production award. These five agents combined sold 266 units for more than $41 million.

“These are exciting times for our ERA office. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate our community. These honors are wonderful, but there is no better honor than the opportunity we have to serve our community every day,” Falck-Neal concluded.
